The small print

Privacy note

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell anything about you, and we never knowingly collect data from children.

Newsletter sign-ups

If you join the newsletter we store the name, email address and rough location you give us, purely so we can send you London family ideas. We don't share or sell that list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@kidsfun.london.

'Near me' searches

When you tap "near me", your browser asks whether you're happy to share your location. If you say yes, we use it in your browser to sort venues by distance. If you say no, we fall back to a very rough guess from your internet connection. Either way we don't store your location or attach it to you.

Your shortlist

Saved venues live in your own browser's storage on this device. They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data clears them.

Suggestions you send us

If you submit a venue idea we keep what you send — including your name and email if you provide them — so we can check the listing and get back to you.

Analytics and links out

We use basic, privacy-light traffic measurement to see which pages are useful. Some booking links are affiliate links, so the partner site may set its own cookies once you click through; their privacy policy takes over from there.

Children

KidsFun.London is written for parents and carers, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
